History/Layout:

THG's product line was officially launched back in 2006 -- just a few months after Phil Rankin, creator and founder, tagged a $91,000+ Pick-6 Payoff at Santa Anita Park. Each racecard report will provide a finalized rating number for the top seven horse entries (if applicable) and list from highest to lowest. The final rating number for each horse is created from a computer application that tabulates over 35 past performance factors.
